Deserves a higher rating. It was spotlessly clean and modern. The room was quite small but adequate with hot water, good WiFi. There were many places to eat nearby. The bus station a 7/8 R Grab ride away

The location-walking distance to convenient store (Lotus & 7e) & restaurants (Bask bear, mamak, malay restaurant for breakfast, McD & KFC) & the price is affordable.
