Deserves a higher rating. It was spotlessly clean and modern. The room was quite small but adequate with hot water, good WiFi. There were many places to eat nearby. The bus station a 7/8 R Grab ride away

The location-walking distance to convenient store (Lotus & 7e) & restaurants (Bask bear, mamak, malay restaurant for breakfast, McD & KFC) & the price is affordable.

The room is clean and very comfortable. Easy to find places to eat and next to MCD and KFC. Strategic location easy to the city and highway.
